When you order: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, and the contents of your order. When you join the list: name, email, and optionally phone, Instagram handle, and shirt size.

Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure checkout and are never stored on BRELLA servers. We only receive a payment reference and the result of the transaction.

To process and ship orders, send transactional emails (confirmation, shipping, refunds), provide support, and — only with your permission — send marketing about drops and restocks.

We share data only with the service providers that make the store work: our payment processor, our email provider, our hosting and database provider, and shipping carriers. We never sell your information.

You can opt out of marketing at any time from the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or on the email preferences page. Transactional emails about your order are always sent. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us.

Order records are retained for accounting and support purposes. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections.
