Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Drop releases and restocks can take up to 5 business days during peak volume — you'll always get a shipping email with tracking when your parcel leaves us.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Standard delivery typically lands 3–7 business days after dispatch in the US, and 7–14 business days in Canada. Carrier delays, customs, and holidays can extend these windows.

Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment. The exact amount is shown on your order summary and confirmation email.

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. Those charges are set by your local authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier trace.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll replace or refund it.
